Thanks for shopping with Wheels and Waves! We're a family-run surf and skate store based in Australia, and we do our best to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. During busy periods (school holidays, sales, etc.) it may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and will be shown before you complete your order.

• Standard shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days
• Express shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order on its way to you.
